This is a total conversion + Chargen mod I made, and currently using to work on my total conversion.

here's the readme

Description

This is a Blank Plugin file Which you may use if you are
thinking about making a Total Conversion of Morrowind. You MUST
have both Tribunal and Bloodmoon installed to use the ESP.

Installing The Plugin File

*****************************************************************

To install the ESP, unrar it into the Data Files
directory. You MUST have both Tribunal and Bloodmoon installed to
use it

Issues

*****************************************************************
*2 Script compile errors, no interference with gameplay!
*Greetings might be messed up, with werewolf dialoge!
NO MAIN landmass other than the original.

Using the Plugin File

Load it up in the CS and make a plugin for it when done
merge it with the esm (always make a backup)

Nope because I already have my own :P But if I didn't have one, I'd go for the esp version. I was just curious about why did you make it an esp.

Ok, I tested an ESP version.

Here is what I have:

1st off, it can't find the cell (-29,23) in EscortPack init.

2nd off, you kept the Imperial Prison Ship cell, not needed.

Also in skill bonus section there are couple of skills that when you click on them don't give bonus offer, but return you to "Fighting Magic Stealth" menu. Skills that do this: Block, Blunt, Long Blade and Alchemy.

Also when in chargen and picking which skills do you want as major etc. somehow it's all mixed up, and Magic section is empty, Stealth has only Acrobatis or something like that, and all other skills are put under the Fighting section.

Other than that I haven't noticed anything unusual, I like the system you've made and skills/items/attributes editor for testing the mod. The only other thing I found unneeded is the God NPC, the way it talks and all that, it's overly silly :P

Thats, Exactly What I needed, See on my end, I don't have any of those error's for the reason, I combined it with my TC, so I will update my chargen, and fix some stuff thanks for the feedback much appreciated. also ps, i know the imperial ship is on there, for the reason, that it is default in the INI so I figured if a modder wanted to change this configuration then all they would need to do is set their new location in the ini, and add the new cell or change the current one.

Not exactly. You can erase the cell and make a chargen anywhere else you want without touching the ini. I haven't erased that part from my ini but I erased the cell from my TC plugin file and it works just fine.

All that ini does with the cell is preload it, which you can do with as many cells as you want, that line doesn't have anything to do with the chargen of the game.
