I'm pretty sure they are breaking the very laws of science to create this game. There is no way it could possibly be this amazing. If it is, there is no way i will be alive to enjoy it. I'm probably going to get hit by a car the day before it comes out.

EDIT: Also, this random quest thing seems weird. like, if the assassinations are random, then the quest giver won't be able to say "yeah, I need you to kill Adamus Phillida. He's all up in our [censored]." It will be "Here, kill this guy. It says everything you need to know on this randomly generated letter."

Actually, they could just create a very large list of all possible first names and last names, and have the game generate an npc to kill. Get my drift?

Beth already thought of that.
From the update:
In Skyrim, if you kill a shop owner who had a few quests to offer if you spend the time to get to know him, his sister may take over the shop and offer the quest that was formerly ascribed to him. The quest logic automatically picks up with pre-recorded voice work because Bethesda already assigned her that contingency role.

I think he meant that he will be so excited when he goes to get Skyrim that he will wreck and die, possibly running into that store owner and his sister taking over the business.
