Crafting Query

My understanding of crafting for weapons - not mines or grenades - is as follows.

Collect one schematic, and the item you make will have a starting condition of 75% of your repair skill. Collect two, and it'll be 100% of your repair skill. Collect three, and it'll be 125% of the repair skill.

That gives rise to some fairly obvious maths. One schematic with a repair skill of 100 will make something that's got a 75% condition. Likewise, two schematics with a repair skill of 100 gives something with 100% condition.

However, what happens if you have a repair skill of 100 and all three schematics? Or indeed any lower combination of numbers which would give you a repair condition over 100%?

I'm sure someone knows how to answer, but they're off playing New Vegas at the moment. I can't help you as I don't bother with the crafted weapons, only the mines and grenades.

You create weapons at 100% condition.

You can collect a fourth schematic for the Bottlecap Mine, Dart Gun and Rock It Launcher also but they're only a misc item. Good for scattering around your house but not much else.
