I upgraded to Windows 7, and since then every time I click on any AI Package, the CS will crash. I run it as administrator, I've tried running it in Windows XP Compatibility mode, but nothing. I can create them just fine, and if I avoid clicking on them by clicking below them and dragging the mouse up to select multiple ones, it'll allow me to delete them. But it's very annoying if you have the AI you need to edit on the top of the list with 10 other AI Packages below it, and you have to delete all of them because of that 1 that needs to be tweaked from 6AM to 7AM.
I've been able to tolerate it for a while, but I'm making a whole entire new world, and it's pretty hard to fill it with Actors if I can't edit any of their AI so they'll have to stand around like dummies. And I spent tons of time learning how to use AI when I had XP, I know how to make them pretty-much do anything I want them to, so it's very limiting if I'm not allowed to edit AI after I make it.
Don't know if I should be posting this under "Hardware and Software Issues" or not. Sorry if it's in the wrong place.
I also just figured out it also crashes when I click AI in the G.E.C.K. ... Very fun.
My step-brother who also has Windows 7 can edit AI just fine. So I don't necessarily think it's the Operating System.
