Could Vivec have gone to Akavir? : The Elder Scrolls Series Discussion

From what everyone says in Oblivion, Vivec had disappeared and the Nerevarine has gone to Akavir.
But I find it kind of odd that both of them went missing, so isn't it possible that both Vehk and the Nerevarine went to Akavir together?

Well rumor has it that vivec's soul or he was carted off by some deadra i think the nerevarine was killed by something and the whole the nerevarine went to akavir is a cover up.

Its unknown about the status of either Vivec or the Nerevarine. However, it is safe to assume that they didn't go anywhere together. The status of the Nerevarine will never be known, but maybe one day in the future we will hear something about the living god Vivec.

I think i remember hearing a rumor about vivec in oblivion.

I'm 100% certain there is no mention of him in any rumor of that nature or any other.

The rumor had something to do with some deadra carting vivec or his soul off somewhere not sure which one. It must be a rarely heard rumor.But i know i heard it in chorrol or the other c city

It could be that is what you heard. Anyway, I don't believe all the rumors I hear from Cyrodiils in a time communication with the outside should be near impossible.

I've heard nothing good. In Morrowind, they say the man-god Vivec has gone missing. Some believe he has been taken by the daedra.

If he went, it was probably for a simple cup of tea and a chat with Mr Dagon, or whatever Princedom he went to, if he went at all.

As far as I know, Vehk was put on trail, face-[censored] Azura with his "spear", then buggered off to Aetherius.

Not sure about the Nerevarine, though.

Never heard that one, wow. Still, I don't believe all the rumors coming from outside. One they are rumors and two they come during a time of war that is not only an attack from another plane but from agents within who open the gates to the other plane.
