I deemed to rid the world of Mudcrabs so people would stop talking about how big of a scourge they are. Nasty little creatures..

Alas, I failed. After spilling the blood of every last mudcrab, people still talked about them all the time :(

It would be awesome to have to go against will-o-the-wisps in Skyrim.

I've never been much of a hunter, but I really liked deer. They were always docile and Imperial foresters always seemed to hunt them. Once, one was passing by my character and my character stopped to admire it... only to watch it fall limp as an arrow shot by an Imperial forester zoomed past my character's head and plunged itself into the deer's stomach.

Deer. I was constantly hunting them, both for RP purposes and for target practice.

It fills my heart with joy whenever I cast a ranged AOE lightning spell in the midst of a family of deer and see their corpses flail in all directions. Sometimes the little ones get away and I have to chase them down with my sword. The sound they make as my sword slices into their flesh is so delightful!

Mudcrabs, definitely the mudcrabs! My first experience with Oblivion was when my nephew had just escaped the sewers at the beginning of the game, and got killed by a mudcrab. Not once or twice, but three times in a row, by the same mudcrab.
My nephew is a slow learner. He's 13
