First, welcome to the world of EyeSore
Second, my eyes! MY POOR EYES!
Third, I prefer light armors myself, just so that I have decent protection in case things get ugly

Anything in dark blue, because it's really difficult to see, and archers need to be sneaky.

Please, no more blue text :stare:

About the clothes, why not Dark Wide Pants along with Dark Shirt. As the names hint they are dark, plus they weigh nothing

As you find clothes, try them all to see what you think looks good. Here is what I like of the vanilla clothing for an archer type:

For a he elf: dark green hood, forester's shirt, blacksmith pants, leather boots (doeskin shoes if you really want no armor).

For a she elf: no head gear, quilted doublet, laced leather pants, doeskin shoes/russet felt slippers.

If you don't mind bits of armor, consider leather bracers as well.

Here's some wood elves, all dressed in vanilla outfits: http://i668.photobucket.com/albums/vv43/Acadian6/ScreenShot493.jpg

I'd just use the Dark brotherhood's Robes and Hood as its cheap to repair until you get to Journeyman in Armorer.

I have a wood elf assasin, he uses light armour. I personally like the Morag Tong Armour that you can get from the Mehrune's Razor questline. But I also like to use the DB armour.

1. My eyes are bleeding

2. are you roleplaying? if so then i always wear clothes maybe the odd bit of leather, and saviors hide when you can get it, if you arent rolplaying then go for the light armour at your level, mithril eleven glass etc.

3. i am making a bosmer archer hunter who lives in an isolated house soon, roleplaying two so will probably go with Acadians ideas :P
