Had a Deathclaw literally fall on top of me without warning, that'll teach me to be more careful walking besides cliffs without looking up now and zen!

Dunwich building, has a nice creepy feeling to it, especially as you can see how the workers eventually turned into ghouls. Another is Vault X (can't remember #), where you have these purple flashbacks...

Metro stations are a bit scary...

Of course, being level 20, with power armor, and loads of weapons/stimpacks/meds....there's not much out there that can really pose a threat (barring a couple of deathclaws showing up).

I recommend that you play the game at night, with the lights off, the sound turned up...and immerse yourself in the game. Then when something freaky happens, you appreciate it more.

I'm walking through Dunwich, which is creepy anyways....and I got separated from Charon, which is usually no big deal cause he can handle himself, but then I turn the corner and I hear the snarl of a ghoul...I spin around and start blasting...it was Charon hauling ass towards me (he does that sometimes, like hyper-speed). I shot him in the face 2 times before I realized what I was doing...freaked me out.

Remember the Dunwich Building? I really hope they have some scary things in New Vegas also.

The Dunwitch building was a snap for me. I had my Goul Mask on. :)

However, the final war at Adams AFB was the most tense time for me so far.

I have and worse. The first time I went into the Dunwich building was fairly early in the game and I didn't do very well. But, after I got my combat shotgun I did much better and actually did most of the game with it.

Vault 106

I think going through Vault 87 and seeing all of the failed experiments was really unsettling. And the whole thing with Vault 112 and Tranquility Lane was really creepy too.
Point Lookout, however, was just all around scary, the fog, the Ghouls running around, the mutated locals, gave me chills. But the creepiest, and best, part of Point Lookout would probably be all of the like Voodoo sh*t being practiced, like Blackhall Manor...
