Need an efficient Leveling System

I would really appreciate a set of 7 major skills for a resto/warrior that would still cause me to level but to level me up much more slowly. Greatly appreciated thanks! :D

Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Leveling him to http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Efficient_Leveling and he'll never go http://ocp.uesp.net/.

Hop to it, lad.

I just take 7 majors that aren't vital to survival/important quests. After you feel you've leveled a decent number of times in skills of 3 attributes, level up the "unimportant" majors. For example, alchemy is good, and pick 2 skills out of blade/blunt/hand to hand. If you're careful, you can level up the right skills in only 2 attributes and finish the level with 10 major skill level ups in a 3rd attribute.

Besides alchemy and str skills, I also like security and sneak (because I rarely use them and they are easy to avoid using), speechcraft, alteration, and conjuration. Light or heavy armor (depending on which one you use) and armorer can be good choices too.

You need to pick skills that you dont use a lot and can control.
And pick one from each governing attribute.

example-
Speechcraft
Mysticism
Heavy Armor
Acrobatics
Marksman
Alteration or Destruction
Blade or H2H

I put Heavy Armor because I always think that it is better to build a blade-mage that always uses Light Armor.
It helps to have the spell effectiveness as high as you can make it.

^that's a good base, but acrobatics as a major is pretty scary imo lol.

True, but it depends how you choose to play the character. I run a lot but rarely need to jump, so my acrobatics never moves as a major.
My blade mage started his acrobatics at 25 and now at level 9 and 65 hours in- it has only climbed to 27.

I agree with Winter Wolf about taking one major from each attribute. For what you're talking about I would recommend:

Str. - Hand to Hand (or whatever weapon you plan to use least)
Int. - Alchemy (I know it levels quickly, but you can control that easily. The upshot is that it frees up Conjuration to provide summons for back-up or to train your skills, and Mysticism for Detect Life and Soul Trap spells)
Will. - Restoration (Your main healing and fortification spells. Plus it levels the slowest of any magic school)
Spe. - Light Armor (If you plan to use Heavy Armor), or Acrobatics (If you plan to use Light Armor - Wolf is right . . . it doesn't level if you don't jump)
Agi. - Marksman (Trying to level Marksman from a low number gets really old after a while. Plus you can easily control when you use it, considering that you already have Destruction free as a ranged attack)
End. - Heavy Armor (You are going to need at least one skill that can get you a level fairly quickly. Plus Heavy Armor is easily controlled by sticking to Light Armor. The other two skills are ones that you will come to rely on)
Per. - Speechcraft (Because it's one of the few skills in the game that you never really need to touch, until you want to)

This build should make leveling very controllable while freeing up the skills you need to excel as a warrior. Hope it helps.

I have found one on youtube witch is a good one:

This is for Illusion skill increase:
1- Go to one Spellmaking Altar (You can found it in Arcan University)
2- Activate the Altar and chose to make a charm spell
3- Drag the "Area" Slider all the way to the right and leave the other options in their primary state.
4- Put the Spell Range in "Target" and the magicka cost is just 1
5- Now go to a place where is lots of people there like (Arcane University" and do the Magic
6- You notice that the magic afects everyone in a 100ft range and the cost of magicka is just 1!
7- Keep doing the magic and increase your Illusion Skill.

For all Combat Skills:
1- Go to Peryite's Shrine.
2- When you arrive, you will see a bunch unconscious people, you can do wathever u want without paying a fine or any sort.
3- train Marksman, Blade, Blunt or even Hand to Hand! Magic Skill can be trained too!

Hope i helped!
