I started a new character last week and I've put in about 90 hours. Finished the DB questline, Fighters Guild, and Mages Guild. Also the MQ. It's been a lot of fun even after all these years! I don't think I'll be doing the thieves guild questline though as it doesn't really suit my heavy armored battlemage

Has anyone else had the urge the play Oblivion like I have after the Skyrim announcement? If so what have you done so far and what kind of character are you playing? I'm guessing there will be a lot of Nord's (I'm a breton btw)

I started a new game after finishing my fourth game of Fallout: New Vegas.

Well I am playing again, but not because of Skyrim's announcement. Because I haven't played in weeks. I have a Nord I will create closer to Skyrim's release, but for now I am working on an Argonian Akavir collector. And after his Akaviri collection, maybe Ayleid artifacts will be next.

Anyone think the Arena is worth doing again? I only just remembered it.

Nevermind! I started the Arena and I just finished it

I've been playing almost nothing but Oblvion for 3 years, the last year and a half with just one character. She's a Bosmeri mystic archer.

I bounce back and forth between Fallout 3 and Oblivion. I am in Oblivion mode right now. Sadly, I had to restart my character due to some computer issues, so my main playing character is Level 4.9 (close to leveling up), a Dunmer (mixed breed for RP purposes, but dunmer base when created) with a Stealth base, Thief sign, and Strength/Agility attributes. Majors are set up to level slowly with Athletics, Marksman, Blunt, Heavy Armor, Illusion, Alteration, and Mysticism. His screenie is my avatar. Skyrim's announcement had nothing to do with going back to Oblivion. I won't buy it until there is a well patched edition (GOTY or such), same as not buying FO-New Vegas yet.
