Asking for help witb my modded game

I again require the wisdom of someone more wise than me concerning using mods in Fallout 3. I get rather strange behavior in regards to my spawns. The wasteland I am travelling in is rather devoid of life even though I use MMM with Increased Spawns. And I may have found a reason, but no idea what causes it or how to fix it. If I save a game and load the game again, I will see dead bodies spawning around me, and the spawns seem to appear and begin to attack me like they should. It is as if the the spawns are there, they just don't "kick" in like they should. Anyone has any idea what might be causing it? And maybe a way to fix it? Hmm... this is getting odd. Reinstalled FO3, but only installed FWE with the compatible mods and I still get the behaviour with the saved game. Maybe some buggy mod caused this and corrupted my game even though I got rid of it? Anyone else have this kind of thing using FWE?

Did you reload your original save or start a new game?.I had same problem with FOOK2 ,So i reinstalled FO3 and FOOK2 and started a new game from birth and have not had any problems since.

I had hoped I didn't need to start a new game. I will test and see if the problem persists. That's 20 hours down the drain :(

Well, if you're using MMM, did you follow the new install / upgrade instructions . . . . i.e. going into a NPC/spawn free zone (i.e.. you home) and waiting for the cell to reset (3 days by default, 7.5 in FWE unless you change it in the control panel) . . . you might want to to that, as it can definitely cause these kinds of problems when new creature/npc scripts are applied to already spawned instances.
