Just finished updating Fallout Food to version 1.4 - there are now water purifiers in Megaton, Rivet City, Tenpenny Tower, and Cantebury Commons - they can purify Dirty Water, and all sources of water added by this mod. Also, Mutfruit plants have been sighted in various locations throughout the Wasteland.
