Man, I remember working on that like 6 years ago... I didn't realize people used it still (or that anyone outside of TR used it at all).

Except for the confusing slang of younger generation of Dunmer. I still can't tell that when they say "maeb" they really mean "juli". What we really need are Dunmeri emoticons.

All kidding aside, this is a valuable resource.

As a note, its highly unofficial, and TR stopped using it years and years ago. Its a fun thing, and can help you make names, but ultimately flavor and the appearance of the language is more important than following a guide to the T.

OIfficial of no, I can use this nicely for flavoring stories as well as maybe adding Dunmeri chants and songs to an audio library the Mrs. and I are working on. Besides, I love fantasy languages, even those fan created.

I still use it to come up with some place names in my mod and such. Not extensively, but ti's still cool.

There's isn't one, I don't think.

TIL's translation dictionary includes all canonical lore words. We don't know enough to establish grammar.
