Recommended Mods? : IV

So, as i got my taste on Oblivion again, since that incident that my brother played on me, i though of getting back to it.
Although vanilla oblivion is awfully wrong for me, so I've been cruising around Tesnexus and PlanetElderScrolls for some mods, haven't found anything good but some essential and must-have mods. So if anyone have any recommendations about Mods, please post! Thanks.

At the moment am using OSCURO'S OBLIVION OVERHAUL with the WAC Mod by Waalx with a fan made WACforOOO patch available through a link at the Wac Forums http://waalx.com/RealSwordsForum/index.php
