This program will remove the title bar and border from the window, and center it.
Can be downloaded http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35817. (It's on NewVegasNexus, but it will work for Morrowind too.)

*The instructions on that page are for New Vegas, but just pretend it says Morrowind instead of F:NV . The only part that may differ is setting Morrowinds resolution to match your desktop resolution, and the easiest way to do that is with either MGE or Morrowind FPS Optimizer.
