My character from Oblivion is definitively going to Skyrim. I think her father (who is an important mage in the Council) will send her there for whatever reason (I have to see the storyline first, possibly to check the thing whit the dragons). Im not sure about my Morrowind character. She would love to go to Skyrim, but she cant take Julan with her

My first character in Morrowind and Oblivion was a throw away Redguard warrior. Built to do ranger, highwayman and sneaky stuff he takes Apprentice birthsign and has fun breaking the law.I use him to play 80-100 hours and just discover what the new game is like. I expect I'll do the same.

I am keen to take Salacious (Dunmer blade-mage) over to Skyrim. Unfortunately the cold wind makes his nose run. So, we shall see....

I don't really have a "Character" I play. But I'll probably use the Altmer Battlemage build.

My main character from Oblivion (ie the one with whom I completed the main quest), Luther Martinus, is a middle-aged Imperial. So, unless we're talking a timescale of 40 or so years after Oblivion for Skyrim, he probably won't last long enough (may the Nine bless his soul).

If it is a short chronological gap between the games, then it would be cool to bring him back as an elderly man, with a possibly radically different character and play style. I don't think it will be realistic to continue to play him as a melee warrior into his eighties, however, I could see him maybe becoming more priestly and magic-oriented, with political and missionary interests in Skyrim. I'll play through the game, see what sort of scope for roleplaying there is first.

Some of my elven characters would be able to bridge a chronological gap of a couple of hundred years without much problem, but it would be much more difficult for me to imagine a reason for them to actually visit Skyrim, as most are fairly happy where they are in Cyrodiil.

I doubt I'd keep any of the characters I used for Oblivion, especially not my Dunmer character Sathera. She gets annoyed with the cold and Nords enough when she's in Cyrodiil. My Argonian hates the cold as well (being an Argonian), but my Bosmer Eyther might get ported over to Skyrim, seeing as she like adventure so much. But like I said, I probably won't. I'll most likely try out other character ideas floating around my head.
