What type of interaction?
Like quest related stuff, like maybe helping a Deathclaw strapped to a crucifix or against a building (if that's even possible) and if you set it free, there could be a 50-50 chance that it'll try to kill you or it'll run off and you could have a lesser chance for the species to attack you, or there could be new parts in the game that could be factions for animals and Deathclaws might like you more if you help them, or you can help them kill an enemy they're fighting, and if you help them survive, same thing. Or maybe even just having certain dialogue choices that let you give them stuff if you have a positive alignment with them.
