Hello I just have Morrowind no Bloodmoon or Tribunal. I really want to get the expansions but there not available in stores anymore, Morrowind graphics are an eyesore so is there any recommendations of mods that: Makes the water look better, Makes the magical glow of thing better, Makes lava more realistic, makes 3D grass, makes the weather more Appealing to the eye, better creature and people textures and everything else. It does not have to be all in one mod.
I know MGE does most/all of the above but it need the expansions :S

I've already got better bods and heads.

Actually MGE doesn't require the X-paks, but it requires a patch for them, which can be installed without them.
