The first edition of http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=12213 is now available on the nexus. The planned enhancement for the shotty was a functional TacLight, but I could not get it working to my satisfaction. Code is still included in the release so you can play with it, but no guarantee it won't crash your game.

Functional grenade launcher, reflex sights, and selective fire all work fine.
