So for the last 12 hours or so i have been in the wild collecting nearly every plant i can find. I have made a lot of potions now and i am feeling like a real alchemist but something is plaguing my mind. I want to make Skooma with the hundreds of different plants and fruits there are available there must be a way?

Not in the vanilla game. Try a mod. Do you have moon sugar?

Skooma is made from Moon sugar and nightshade if I recall, it was in a book in Oblivion. I had a Khajiit smuggler who made Skooma (Dupe glitch) but had a mini set-up with an empty Nirnroot pot and nightshade flowers scattered around. Good times...

Where can i get this 'Moon Sugar' its sounds interesting? i have looked at UESP but nothing about location of growth?

Can't get Moon sugar on Oblivion I'm afraid, you can on Morrowind though. There might be a mod for it but I'm on the xbox so I wouldn't know.

Yeah, sorry man, but on consoles it's just not possible. On PC, you could DL mods for it.

There was moon sugar in Morrowind but you still couldn't make Skooma. There were skooma pipes though which functioned as an alchemical tool ( like mortal and pestle, you equipped it to make potions, but still no skooma)

You might have been thinking of http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tes3Mod:Tamriel_Rebuilt/An_Alchemist%27s_Guide_to_Skooma in Tamriel Rebuilt - a Morrowind mod. You can tell it is pre-Oblivion though, as the author states that nightshade can only be found in Elsewyr and Solstheim.
