I know everyone is sick of hearing this problem but Ive tried almost everything and no luck. Game installs fine, DLC disc not installed, NO mods, Start New Game, loads for 5 seconds ....Crash to desktop.

This is the problem. Fallout 3 won't run on one of these. An Intel graphics chipset does not meet the hardware requirements.

Anyway to get around this and deal with the bad gameplay? or any suggestions on how to get refund?

There is a workaround floating around the net. I don't have a link for it and I wouldn't reccomend it either. The results vary and you risk doing serious damage to your computer.

As for a refund, depends if the place you bought it from has a policy of only taking back games that have something wrong. Some places won't give full refunds when the customer didn't check the requirements first.

And the gamecube was a stone wheel compared to most modern PCS including yours. So not a good example to be using.

THx for the help. As far as refunding.. Walmart doesnt do it well...i might go exchange for another one and since they are out of stock, might get money back.

And for a dell like mine... doing damage to it im not worried on... if it catches fire it gives me a reason to go buy a newer better one XD
