I have played Fallout 3 - Game of the year edition to the end. However, the 5 included quests (Operation: Anchorage, The Pitt, etc...) is locked. I've installed and see the 5 quests loaded on my computer, but all show up in Live as being "locked."

I've uninstalled and then reinstalled the game. Then played all the way through to the end, and still the 5 quests have never been unlocked. I've also tried reinstalling the quests from Disc 2 mid-way throught the game, and still the quests are locked.

Any sugestions?

My system is: PC w/ Win7 64bit.

What do you mean by locked? Did you check them in the data files?
