ctd from obliv, this related or do I need to reinstall C++ runtime library?

http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1085071-c-runtime-error/page__p__15814295__fromsearch__1&#entry15814295 has a link to the latest C++ install. I had the same problem, installed the update and while I'm still having problems, they're occuring less.

I'm thinking I'm using the OBSE beta (not sure if your are) but that may be the cause of some of my problems. Not sure if you're running the OBSE beta or not.
