Since I have returned to Morrowind I thought about posting some of my WIPs and Relz, but the size and relevance of them just doesn't seem to warrant any separate post. And so here will be all of them in one! My specialization is in houses and housing, especially small size player homes. If you are a collector or castle lord type, you probably won't find anything to your liking here. The minimalist type on the other hand should be pleased. Now to the actual mod projects.

This plugin adds an attic to Arrille's Tradehouse, with a bed to rent for the player.
You can rent it from Tandram Andalen, the Dunmer behind the counter on second
floor. He also offers a basic selection of foods and drinks. This mod does the same
as Seyda Neen Rest, just in a little bit different way. Includes a little extra for those,
who love to crack locks open - a nice little treat for beginning characters.

No exterior cells have been changed by this mod.

A small free flat in the Vivec, Foreign Quarter Canton. As it suggests - it is small,
or rather tiny - a home for a minimalist type like me. Even as such it should have
space for equipment with overall weight of more than 1200. The entrance is
situated opposite to the Black Shalk Cornerclub.

Esp cleaned with TEStool.

Have you ever wondered why are all the inns and pubs only in cities? What shall all
the travelers and merchants do in the wide barren lands, when the night closes in?
This mod will help them find shelter in all corners of Morrowind along the main trading
routes. No exact location of the inns has been decided yet (due to compatibility with
popular ladscape changing mods). Will include animated guests (from Arcimaestro
Antares and my little person).

This should become a collection of small housing possibilities in Morrowind, Mournhold
and Solstheim. You will be able to purchase the flats for a fairly small price and enjoy
your stay in the cities. (May become an equivalent to inn rooms, with a monthly lodging
fee.)

Woodcreek hut is the tiniest house I have ever made, literally with no space to move.
It was intended as a proof of concept, but I ended up liking it the way it is - just a small
place for a tired hunter to hide in, when a sudden blizzard sweeps through the snowy
land. Will be of course free.
