plz tell me what mods you are using for beter graphic?

P.S: can you teel how to install impeREAL CITY UNIQUE DISTRICTS mod I note all esp. files in launcher but the Imperieal city still be the same... Can it be becouse I using Qarls textures pack mod V.3...(sorry for my english)

Did you activate it? QTP3 has nothing to do with plugins' content not loading. Do you have your game patched to the latest version?
