Raven Company Mercenaries Prologue

"Get off you lazy butt Logan, we got business!" Lucy said excitedly. I hated it when those early-to-rise morons came this early in the morning, a 10 year old has to get SOME sleep. Poor Lucy, she drank Nuka-Cola all through the night just to protect us. You see, after our parents were Crusified in Nelson by the Legion, most of us NCR kids snuck away and founded Raven Company. That was 4 years ago. We are an elite group of Mercenaries. 'Any job, any cause, any cost', that is our policy. Lucy prodded me with her foot unpatiently.
"How many Nuka-Colas did you drink last night?" I asked.
"17. Don't worry, I stop drinking after the 6 hour hump and Nuka-Cola has less caffiene than Sunset Sarsaparilla."
I smiled, knowing she had drunk twice the amount that she was letting on.
"Okay then. Now that you've woken me up, what's the job?"
"Change into your Leather Armor and grab your Riot Shotgun. Catch up to us at the tunnel entryway and I'll fill you in." Lucy echoed as she strided away. That's right, our base was in a dirty, old, Pre-War Train Tunnel, but to our tactical advantage, 1/3 of the left side of it was caved in, making our enemies only able to attack from one side. Of course, if were the be rushed, we would certainly be cornered. But that's why we have Lucy guarding the entrance. For extra security Rick, our sniper, and Emmey our spotter have a Sniper Nest on a small hill just above the entrance. They were brother and sister and they were notorious for being antisocial. They seriously never talked to anyne outside of eachother, and even that amount of conversation was scarce. They slept during the daytime so I was sure that neither of them would be participating in this mission. I sat up it my sleeping bag. As I started to load my shotgun, I realized it was going to be a long day.

In the next chapter, more Raven Company Mercs will be introduced and Logan and friend will set off for the mysterious mission....

Any job, any cause, any cost.

EDIT: I deleted the bold from the story you're welcome

A few grammatical errors, and I'm not really digging the white font color, But it looks like a promising story.

Children don't take much space in the fan fiction section of Fallout, but when they do there stories are always spectacular and touching.

Keep it up.

Thank you. I'm only in 6th grade so my writing isn't flawless, but thank you for your feedback
