The reason I am asking is cause on another forum, I am taking suggestions for mods to make. One guy suggested a new race, so I just want to know wether or not it is possible.

Just search TESnexus and you will find a lot of Mod's and info concerning race making :thumbsup:

Type ' races ' in the search box @ TESnexus, et voila...

Right-click the race you want to use as the starting point, and select Duplicate.
