Both blade and H2H contribute to the Strength Attribute. You might find yourself leveling too fast. I'd dump H2H and perhaps add one more magical skill that might be useful for you.... perhaps illusion or conjuration?

Would Alchemy be useful to my character if I want to poison arrows and perhaps my blade? Would adding Alchemy make my character more proficient at poisoning? I don't plan on being a thief I just wanted the skill attributes. I'm sure illusion and conjuration would be useful too though..hmmm

It's a good build, except that you have all three endurance skills as majors.

Oddly that will make it difficult to get very high endurance attribute bonuses.

I recommend moving Heavy Armor to a minor skill and replace with something like Athletics, Acrobatics, Alteration or Mysticism. Sounds like the character is a warrior so athletics is good. The other three skills i mention are easily controllable, in order to allow for better attribute bonuses.

Assuming you are playing with the vanilla leveling system, and if you plan to use Blade a lot, you might want to swap out Strength for some other skill to avoid leveling too fast. H2H is a good one to use for leveling with if you do not plan to use it as your main form of combat.

And about Alchemy: it levels very fast, even faster if it is a major. You don't need it to be a major in order to make poison arrows.
