Can't join House Redoran : III

At least, that is what Neminda says, but I do meet them, i think.

I am lvl 30. Str + End are both over 50, I don't belong to another GH, I am at the Vivec informants quest in MQ, I don't have a bounty, what is wrong?

I think it is mod related, due to the fact I have LGNPC, Pax Redoran, Wakim - Factions etc. installed. Could someone please look at my modlist?

I know I can always use the console command to join them, but this bugs me!

check wakim's requirements. should be in the readme.

There is nothing in the Wakim Readme's. I dont think Wakim is the cause.

When I ask Neminda about the Morag Tong (of which i am Grandmaster), she says she doesnt encourage it, but it isnt forbidden. I am starting to think it has something to do with Pax Redoran / LGNPC, but found nothing in readme.

Pax Redoran makes no changes to the requirements to join House Redoran. Neminda's dialog is altered slightly to give some small measure of pomp and circumstance, but that is all. Your association with the Morag Tong is not an obstacle. If you have already accepted writs against ranking Redoran you may not be offered the level of trust you might otherwise enjoy with certain members, and if you accept such writs in the future you will likely be expelled from House Redoran.

Wakim's Game Improvements (Gameplay - Factions) increases the requirements for many factions. The Redoran favored attributes of strength and endurance require a minimum level of 35 (up from 30). Of the favored skills (athletics, spear, longblade heavy armor, medium armor and armorer), the primary skill needs to be a minimum of 10 and the secondary skill should be at least 5 (up from 0).
