More Clothes Variety?

Post » Sat May 28, 2011 5:01 pm

I'm looking for a mod that adds additional clothing to the game. I'd like something that more or less seamlessly added to the game, in a way that other people wear them or that you have a way of obtaining them other than just buying it from a special store added for that purpose.

Is there something like that? If not, too bad, but I'd still like to know what clothing mods you'd recommend! :)

Male, female or both, I don't really care. :)

I'm currently using http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8832 along with http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9465 and http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8942 which add a wide range of Type 3 clothing and other stuff for the gents. A lot of it isn't really "lore-friendly" (i.e. lots of skimpy clothing, making the whole '50s feel a lot less prevalent) but it allows for a much wider variety of NPC clothing. They are big downloads, and throw together a whole host of resources (clothing and hair, mostly, but some accessories too).

Regards,
Pauly

I'm already using Project Beauty HD and it looks like all those things it adds besides the outfits won't work well with that. But thanks anyway. :)

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5424 adds some neat stuff. Some of the effects are unbalanced, but that's easily fixed in the Geck.

Balancing that out and maybe placing the items in more realistic places sounds like it could be an interesting project...

:slap:

Focus Povuholo, focus! You have enough projects going on already!

That does look rather interesting.

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4003 adds retextures of clothing to the game and they appear on various settlers and Raiders. Settlers who wear the outfits will change clothes every few days too.

That sounds good, thanks.

:)

I had to tweak some of the stuff in Tailor Maid myself. It would be very interesting if the different items were added to random loot lists and if NPC's could randomly wear some of the things.
