Would the "Oblivion Crash Prevention" FOSE file work for Fallout 3?

Would the "Oblivion Crash Prevention" FOSE file work for Fallout 3?

it would probably have to be tinkered with a bit before it worked properly. it's a good idea if someone with some know how felt like messing with it.

The crashes that the Oblivion Crash Prevention mod prevent, do we know if FO3 even has those crashing issues?
