Missing mesh

Post » Sat May 28, 2011 2:38 am

This is my situation, I have fcom (and all the mods/patches required to run it) installed. However, I noticed that as soon as I enter anvil chest meshes are missing. I used Formid mod and it appears that OOO added it. This is odd, since I used the exe installer and made darn sure all the files got where they were supposed to. I am also using better cities and alternate start by ship. (If it matters). I am also using vista OS, but the files are not in my games, bypassing the uac thing.

How should I fix this? :P

IF by the above Line you mean that the Game is not installed to MY documents.... Good as it Should never be installed here. What most are referring to ,is Not to install the Game to the Default Path...C:\ Program Files\ This is the Directory That gives most problems.

On to the Problem...IF Form ID says its from OOO Then the install for OOO is what you need to see if you installed all Files AND Have some sort of Archive Invalidated being used. I use the Feature in Bash. BSA redirected. (Not Sure it covers loose files or not) also have used the ....feature in OBMM but am not using that in this install.

Yeah my documents what I meant. It turns out the exe install really is bugged. I did read it in the documentation, but I thought it was for a different exe install (since it mentioned selecting components). After installing the omod OOO the mesh worked properly.
