I see now why the mods close threads after 200. Run out of new things to talk about and it often breaks down into personal attacks, using sarcasm, condescension and snide remarks.

1. You know the ending of NV within first few minutes like the whole game screams "battle at the dam" while in fallout 3 you had no idea what was going to happen, i mean who would imagine a giant robot blasting through the enclave as an ending...
2. Great Voice acting but rather repeated Quest lines, but great companion story and quest line...
3. Nothing to explore ( When you make a post apocalyptic game in a 3d FPS world view which is especially an RPG game, the exploration and sandbox is very very important. Fallout 2 was not 3d FPS RPG so obviously could not bring that sand box exploration feel to the game)
4.New Vegas went way far too ahead for me, for a post apocalyptic struggling world, thing where working waay too fine and dandy for the commenfolks in New Vegas..
(yes you may argue its 200 years in the future and all that but for me fallout games have always been a struggle for survival....and yes.... fallout 3 is my first game )
5. NV obviously had great ideas which they failed to implement..
6. INVISIBLE WALLS :swear: :yucky:

Fallout 4 should be a combination of NV quest line , faction system but fallout 3 game world ...

Thats not the actual ending though.

Even we presume that it is indeed "obvious" that there will be a battle at the dam (I don't think that it is), as the creator of bablyion 5 said on multiple occasions, knowing the ending is only one piece of the picture, its the context that is the important bit.

Seemed plenty to explore to me...

Fine and dandy in New Vegas... Did you even listen to any of the NPCs?
5. NV obviously had great ideas which they failed to implement..

Name them.
6. INVISIBLE WALLS :swear: :yucky:

The only "Invisible Walls" I found were very obvious (and visible) unscalable hills.

thats pretty much really the ending

yeah, but its really kinda lame you know whats gonna happen in the end within few minutes, within first 30 minutes i figured out i would have to choose sides and fight at the dam...

Seemed plenty to explore to me...

Did you even play fallout 3 ?

This game is like watching a good movie forced to sit on ugly uncomfortable chairs and dirty theater. Pretty much how i can explain the Fallout NV mechanics and sandbox map...

The only "Invisible Walls" I found were very obvious (and visible) unscalable hills.

They where everywhere , i mean Everywhere, the accessible portion of the map is not even 1/2 of fallout 3 map

Everytime i start a new game i had to go down to prim turn left form there to a a town destroyed by the legion then turn north to meet boone then go up meet hat BOS girl... Every time its the same route... :\

Honestly, Fallout 3 felt more post-nuclear, because it went over-the-top. 200 years later, stuff would at least look like New Vegas, if not like NCR (Fallout 2)...

Did you make a thread to pick on another member? Goodness where are your manners? If you read the rules you would know this sort of thing is not allowed.
