The morrowind construction set came with the game, whut about the oblivion construction set? I dont seem to have it, though i am using windows vista so this could just be another one of those annoying bugs that happen like with the expansions for morrowind. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The Oblivion Construction Set doesn't come with the game. You can download it http://elderscrolls.com/downloads/updates_utilities.htm if you want it.

Since you say you're on vista, make sure to install somewhere other than Program Files to avoid problems when modding
