In the year 2277, in Nevada there were three men. Harold, Berlin, and Fern. They loathed each other. But they had to share a village named Heather. Our story begins on not an average day when they bickered at each other for hours and hours until their wives had to break them up, but on the day they where they were on each other's nerves and they broke out into war. Berlin was the first one to leave the village, and then Fern followed him. Harold was left in charge of Heather for six months. Until an unknown army from the South came and destroyed half of their buildings, apartments, huts, and survival supplies.
Another unknown army came the next day, but Heather was prepared and pushed them back to their town. Harold was more than certain his brothers were the ones in charge of both assaults, and he wanted to stop them from destroying any more of his village, so he set out to attack. We follow the story of George, a soldier that was chosen to fight.

The morning bugle rang through the halls and staircases of Gregory Mansion, which was an old mansion owned by some historic figure, but now the main base for Heather's military unit, and I awoke. I was wearing my regular soldier outfit. I was bear foot and cold. I stood on the edge of my bunk and put warm, white socks onto my cold, rough feet. I put my shoes above them and stood up. The other soldiers were doing the same thing. We lined up at the cafeteria and got our regular, sloppy food. I sat down beside a random trooper and started eating.
"You want your coleslaw?" he asked. I observed the "coleslaw" closely. It didn't look too great so I passed it to him. Like a pig, he dug in and after a few seconds, his face was full of white, mushy coleslaw. When I was done eating, or rather sitting there and talking, we lined up in front of General Licktier, who greeted us with a large, toothless grin.
"You all smell fine, look fine," he slipped his foot under a soldier's path and the soldier and hopped. "huh, react fine. You all seem great. Okay, back to bed, training starts in exactly two hours...SO DON'T BE LATE!"
