I loaded fallout 3 and it ran fine for a day or so. then loaded the DLC disk and it crashed on every start.

Looking the forums it seems a lot of people have this problem, and no one has been able to solve it. I've tried reloating turning off av software, turning off graphics card utlities, ini file hacks everything I could find.....I do this type of troubleshooting as a profession so I don't think I've over looked anything but I'd be greatful for any help.

Did you try to delete the .ini file in my documents>my games>Fallout3 so that the game will recreate it?
