I want to learn how to make a very strong poison as an Archer of the Night, it is hard to inflict a lot of pain at lower levels any ideas on ingredients?

Not sure what level you alchemy skill is at - it makes a big diff. You want the ability to craft poisons that do two or three types of damage.

I would recommend you visit here, plug in your data and do some digging:

Again, depending on your alchemy skill, you will want to look here: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Useful_Potions#Multiple-Effect_Poisons

The quality of your poisons and potions will improve as your alchemy skill improves, and as you get better alchemy apparatus. Your alchemy skill also determines how many ingredient effects you can see, so if you want to use poisons a lot, you should definitely have a high alchemy skill and try to get the best equipment you can for it.

As far as I know, the ingredients you use don't effect the strength of your potion effects, just the effects you get, although a potion can have multiple effects if the combination of ingredients you choose has more than one effect that is shared by at least two ingredients. So certain combinations of ingredients could allow you to stack multiple poison effects for greater effect. Just make sure that when trying to make poisons, you don't get any positive effects, as if you create something using alchemy with even one positive effect, the game will automatically count it as a potion, and you will only be able to drink it, not use it as a poison.

A good basic Damage Health potion is Nightshade and *insert ingredient here*. Nightshade grows in abundance around Skingrad. When you get better at Alchemy, you will find more ingredients that have more powerful effects, and uncover hidden effects of the ingredients you do have.

My mage Caesar has 86 Alchemy and is shining in his studies at the Arcane University. Belle (Ayleid name look it up) has never been near a mortar&Pestle she will just have to obtain poisons through searching the great plains!
