Problem with Vurt's mushroom trees

The thread I found for Vurt's Ascadian Isle Trees was locked, so I'm just going to ask here. I'm having what looks like a texture problem with some of the mushroom trees. The other trees seem to be fine. They have big glowy white blotches all over them. And they look pixelated up close. Reinstalling the mod doesn't fix it.

If you read the PES description, its listed that this mod requires the bump mapping patches from the MCP, so you need to install the MCP and apply those patches for the "bump maps" to look right.

I have the MCP installed but somehow missed that option, thanks. The trees look a bit better now, they're not really bright anymore, but the trunks still look more pixelated than the other trees.
