I can't seem to download the better bodies mod that is recommended to all, I have to use Z-zip apparently i download that and get the file and it still wont extract it, so I have no idea how to get it and well I would love to have this mod, is there any other way of getting this?

Doesn't BB come with it's own installer wizard?
Just Run it. No need to unzip anything.
