I know it is still months from retail but this is the only thing stopping me from preordering the game (PC version). What DRM does Bethesda plan to use? I don't buy Securom or limited activation games on principal but if this used something lke Steam or a disc check I would run out to buy to preorder given the reveal of mod tools.

Their past games have used a disc check and Steam. Bethesda tends not go heavy handed with their DRM.

even if it a really bad DRM that is basically like ubi$ofts I will still buy the game because it will be awesome, although heavy DRM's are really stupid and they just lose the PC gamers, because it takes longer for the game to come out and just a pain, and it would probably get hacked in 1 or 2 days

Most likely it'll come out on disc with or without Steam required, but most likely you'll be able to get it through Steam as an option. If given the option I'd take the non steam version, unless its got [censored] DRM (not likely) then I'd go for the Steam version instead.
