I have found out that my motherboard may not support the GFX card I was gonna buy. When I looked up my motherboard (Gigabyte GA-EP35C-DS3R) it said I had 3 PCI slots, 3 PCI Express x1 slots and 1 PCI Express x16 slot. Now I have no idea what that means but someone told me that the card I want (Radeon HD 6950) only supports PCI Express 2.0 and I was wondering what would happen if I put the card in anyway. Waste of money perhaps?
