Sheogorath is quite famous for giving his followers prophecies in their madness, read Chance's Folly ( http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Chance%27s_Folly ). It shows how Sheogorath shows the future to the mad, and how their ramblings tend to make sense to those who look at it after the event for told already passed. The Ravings of Fenroy very well foretells of both the Oblivion Crisis and the Greymarch. It just does it in a way that fails to be noticed until one looks at it with the knowledge of the past. it seems quite similar to the Elder Scrolls, expecially considering the newest Elder Scroll was written by the champion of Cyrodil who became the Madgod himself. One wonders if the Madgod had anything to do with the previous Elder Scrolls as well.
I don't think there is anything in The Ravings of Fenroy that foretells the Oblivion Crisis, but I've already mentioned the Greymarch in detail http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1159951-a-rather-interesting-find/page__view__findpost__p__17022923.
By the way, Chance's Folly has nothing to do with prophecy, instead it shows Sheogorath tricking Chance with deceitfully incomplete knowledge "beyond her ken". I think you read a little too much into it.
