body morphing

Your poll is nor über clear. So, err, body types + evolution of the body during the game - why not, something VERY subtle, though. And tatoos and suchlike.

Speaking of body evolution : page 55 of the GI, I seem to see frostbite on the hand that cast the spell, or at least some cold damage ; http://oi55.tinypic.com/16le97p.jpg, it looks like there is healed scars on the guy's arm.

So I hallucinate ? Having body damage, and see it healing would be awesome.

That would be pretty cool, I'd like to be able to get scars over-time from fighting, too, as long as it makes sense. If I'm wearing a full-faced plate helmet, and someone hits me in the shin, why do I have a scar over my eye now? And also as long as it's not over the top. I don't wanna finish the game looking like I've been stitched together by Frankenstein.

endurance removes fat. it should be impossible for the player to become fat without mods, but npcs with endurance less than 25 should get noticably porkier- 1 endurance is morbidly obese :)

agility increases the size of some muscles and removes fat.

Are you saying that people become fat because they are lazy or athletically inept? I don't think Bethesda would want people to think that's their opinion.

Anyway, I voted no. It's a good idea in general, but in TES I want to control what my character looks like, and feeling like I can physically relate to my character is important for me in this game. I eventually want to have 100 strength, but I don't want my female rogue character to look like it.

Body types seem common enough in games nowadays that I think we can expect them in Skyrim.
