Yeah. I'm told you just don't load the FWE-included follower module, is all.

Yep like Tarrant says, just dont load the Followers Enhanced modules.

Phalanx is one of the main reasons we made those modules seperate, as not to cause any incompatbility between FWE and Phalanx.

I have finally got around to downloading and installing but i have no idea how to place it into my load order. Can someone explain to me where to put it?

Use http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10193 program. It will auto-sort your mods for you. It doesn't include all mods out there, but it covers the big ones.
