Atmospheric Soundtrack

I am looking for a soundtrack that really gives the game a wasteland feel. Something kind of like STALKER. Also, Is it possible to disable the battle music and instead keep the background music playing?

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11869 is quite good. Some of the tracks are taken from STALKER.
