Well, there are only 4 classes and 3 body types to choose from, so you've got to expect one combination to come out on top.

Bodytype is clear because everybody wants to be a free runner (which is obviously emphasized by the game). From there it only makes sense to choose Op since being small means unable to take as much damage (I'm offended by that) and you lose out on firepower.

Soldiers want to be able to take more damage for being frontliners, medics for sticking their necks out there, and engineers while building things, so people are going to be hesitant of trying lightweights in those classes.

It will change once people get the free running urge out of their system.

If I get this, I plan on using all my creation slots at some point for a wide variety of types (probably on both sides of the conflict as well). In my years of gaming I've played every role there is and while I love sniper rifles, knives, pistols, and being sneaky, I'm also the kind of guy that will sacrifice myself for the win, so I'll probably run with a medic first.

I will play operative to get the job done, it will be the most overused and underplayed class along with engineer until a couple months have passed. i played Spy for several months loving the backstab but found out i do better if i went for objectives instead of kills, which i was really good at.. i am expecting to see a lot of these setups in the beginning:

1) Soldier with shotgun and Sniper sitting in the back (Medium body type)

2) Engineer with Sniper and pistol (light body type)

3) operative with same setup as engineer

I've got six little friends that can all run faster than you.

In this world there's two kinds of people, my friend. Those with loaded guns, and those who dig. You dig.

The sniper isn't going to be a god weapon, you know.
I mean I'm sorry to bust your bubble, but because we've all been screwed over by somebody with a sniper, I think the entire team would find you!

Of course not but well put it in the hand of a god and well, to be frank you all doomed.

Yes the team will try to find you and that's why you keep moving. Also if their coming after you they aren't doing objectives. Like flies in a web.

Why snipers should be feared by their enemies and respected by their teammates.

Why are we whispering?

While it's certainly true that I play my share of sniper, I'm just as content as a medic, engineer, soldier, or most anything else. I'm a team player. Don't expect to see me running around with too many grenade launchers though, I only use that kind of gear if there are vehicles to frag.

Personally, the static one was more enigmatic, for some reason. Clapping kinda reduces the mysteriousness for some reason.

You do whatever you want, Wraith! You're (ninja) cool no matter your avatar!

Personally, I don't mind the Bug. But, I like any avvie you get, Wraith. Wraith will always be Wraith in my eyes!

Anyway, to get on-topic. Again, I wouldn't worry about "lone wolf/lone ninja" operatives.

I think most people will do their best to do the objectives like Hacking and stuff to help out the time.

The people who want to be "lone wolves/lone ninjas" will be weeded out in a teamwork game like this. B) Even Snake Eyes from G.I. Joe knows to be a team player.

One of the many great thing about BRINK is, you can complete an objective to create a loadout screen and then switch!

Maybe you should do multiple characters (if you want to specialize, that is)?

Just experiment a character for each side for each class and then decide which one you like.

Or, just switch classes at Command Posts and put some points in a little bit of both classes. :)

Thanks for the support. Seriously though interrogation will be one of the best abilities in the game. Who doesn't want to know where their enemies are?

We can only have characters. If you have one of each class and body type well that is 12 so 4 more after that. Go crazy.
