I get asked this a lot. Yes, as with past TES games, we will release a kit to mod Skyrim for PC. It's called the Creation Kit.

That's good news to here. I would have been dissappointed had Bethesda not released anything like the construction set. And while I wouldn't go as far as to say I was seriously worried about not getting one, I'm glad to get a word on this matter from the developers now, and not something vague like many of the answers they've given to questions on Twitter in the past either.
