I heard that the new TES game could also come out on the wii...although nothing is for sure yet, i really dont think thats a good idea.

If a TES game was released for the Wii, it would probably look like Morrowind. The Wii and the original Xbox have about the same power. So no, not PS1 graphics and not necessarily smaller.

Bethesda Softworks is listed as a Wii publisher and when this fact was announced some people assumed this meant that Bethesda Game Studios was developing a wii title. As others have mentioned this doesn't seem to be the case.

There's at least one wii game that Bethesda has published and it wouldn't surprise me if they're the publisher for Vir2L's wii games as well.
