MW/OB Developer Posts

Found a http://web.archive.org/web/20041204164056/http://www.rpgplanet.com/morrowind/goods/posts.asp to some old posts the developers made during Morrowind's creation. In the same vein, there is also this collection of http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=DevQuotes.List. They are interesting I think, in terms of seeing how ideas developed, what the developers wanted to add but couldn't, and the general thought process behind what they did add. Maybe some things the developers wanted all the way back in '02 (like regional damage...) will get added in the next game.

So yea, just a little something for all those asking what it was like the last time around ;)

Those are great, thanks! It's interesting reading the Morrowind ones, I never saw those.
In those days I didn't realize there were forums where you could read what the developers had to say... announcements were pleasant surprises and then I'd wait patiently for the release date. Those were simpler times. ;)

Now that's cool. Looking through these is kind of like going through a museum of gaming history. I never knew beast races weren't originally going to be playable in Morrowind.
