Color glitches in computer games : Othor Games

I have color issues with fallout 1,2 and spore i get rainbows where there shouldnt be.. Help?

Mess around with the checkboxes found in (program name)->Right Click->Properties->Compatibility. For the first Fallouts, running them in the 640x480 resolution fixes this. The alternative to lowering your resolution is installing the mod ( don't remember the link, or it's name ) that let's you set the game to higher resolutions.
Of course, check your current GPU's drivers as well. Start dxdiag and click the Display tab, you'll see something like

Name: Intel Changeyercardbro 50

That's your current GPU. Google the name of your card with drivers following - following the example "Intel Changeyercardbro 450 Drivers" . Only get drivers from official sites.
